


Symphony by the Sea performs at the historic Cabot Theater, 286 Cabot Street in vibrant downtown Beverly. Adequate parking is available either on-street or in nearby municipal parking lots. There are many restaurants in the immediate area for pre and post-concert dining. Wheelchair and otherwise accessible seating is available.

Below is some information to help you plan your visit to The Cabot historic theater.
Parking: The Cabot is located at 286 Cabot Street in the heart of downtown Beverly in a vibrant neighborhood with many wonderful restaurants, breweries, shops and galleries. There is no patron parking at the theater but there are many options within walking distance. Show nights are busy nights for the area. Affordable metered parking is available on Cabot Street and on many side streets in the area. There are two municipal lots on Pond Street just one block from the theater. Arrival: We recommend arriving early to allow time for the entry process. Seating is General Admission so arrive early for the best selection. Doors and bars open at 2:00 PM. Bar Service: Beer, wine and filtered water will be available for sale in the lobby. Beverages are allowed into the theater during the performance. All beverages are served in compostable cups.
Help Us Go Green: The Cabot strives to eliminate unnecessary waste and minimize adverse impacts on our cherished environment. All Cabot cups, lids and straws are compostable. Please read signs and help them go green by sorting waste items properly.
Elevator: The Cabot has completed the installation of an elevator that goes from the 1st floor to the lobby level of the balcony. (2nd floor). There is an ADA restroom on the lobby level. From that level, there is one short flight of stairs to access the balcony seating areas and additional steps to arrive at your seats. Restrooms: Women’s restrooms on the orchestra level and the balcony level. The men’s restroom is located downstairs in the back of the theater. There is a unisex ADA accessible restroom in the Streetside Bar as well as two unisex restrooms on the balcony level, including a unit that is ADA accessible. They are located in the new hallway to the left of the bar, or just as you get off the elevator. There is one additional unisex bathroom at the very top of the balcony.
