Our Mission

To serve the North of Boston community with great orchestral music performed locally at the highest level.

Now starting its 31st season, Symphony by the Sea will perform three subscription series classical programs from October 2011 to April 2012 with one special event on November 26, 2011. We have two concert series: Saturday evenings at 8:00 pm and Sunday afternoons at 3:00 pm. The Saturday Evening Series at Abbot Hall in Marblehead repeats Sunday afternoon at the Governor’s Academy in Byfield.

Classroom visits in schools and school concerts are part of our Education and Outreach services.
